We are seeking an experienced
**Operations Manager**
to lead key operational functions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strong business partnership. This position plays a critical role in driving performance, process optimization, governance, and team development across multiple operational areas.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Lead and oversee shared operational services, ensuring service quality, compliance, and SLA achievement.
- Manage Order Management, Pricing, Procurement, and Commissions operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance, controls, documentation, and process standardization.
- Partner with business units to align priorities, expectations, and operational performance.
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee supplier management activities, including performance and compliance monitoring.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Manage strategic projects and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulations, and quality standards.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Advanced or Fluent English.
- Senior leadership experience in Operations or transaction-intensive environments.
- Solid experience managing Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, Commissions, Customer Operations, or related operational functions.
- Experience with SLA governance, KPI management, and operational performance improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience leading, developing, and managing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Considered a Plus
- Experience in Shared Services environments or within IT, Telecommunications, Distribution, Services, or other business-to-business (B2B) industries.
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Project Management certification (Agile and/or Traditional methodologies).
- Training or certifications in Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management
